As we continue to work and provide assistance to our passengers during these difficult times, rest assured that the safety and well-being of our customers continues to be our number one priority.

Due to the required health and safety-related measures regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) adopted by the Costa Rican and Panamanian authorities, all flights between San José, Costa Rica and Bocas del Toro, Panama have been suspended until April 15th as of today March 17, 2020.

As part of Costa Rica´s declaration of State of Emergency, it will NOT allow foreigners or non-residents to enter the country from 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, March 18th through the same time on Sunday, April 12th. We encourage all our passengers to pay close attention to official channels and communications from the local and international authorities for updates.

Travelers with a layover in Costa Rica will still be allowed to transit through Costa Rica´s airports. Costa Rica is not enforcing any restrictions on leaving the country.

We are working side by side with all of our passengers and partners to provide all the assistance possible. We have modified flight schedules, waived change fees and working with government authorities to comply with health orders. We are doing everything to make your flight safe.

We are adjusting our flight schedules and giving our customers flexibility with their travel. We ask you to please check your email regularly for updates and changes. Skyway´s Reservation team will contact customers whose flights have been canceled directly by email or telephone. Customers who booked through a travel agent or one of our partners online will need to contact them directly.
